Cream of Leek & Potato soup

Our Homemade Duck Liver Pate with a hint of orange and homemade rustic toast

Scotch Quail’s egg with chilli dipping sauce

Warm goat’s cheese, walnut and port infused raisin salad served with onion marmalade

Main Courses

Pan-fried Hake with a Wensleydale cheese crust and a coarse grain mustard sauce

Venison with Highlander’s pudding served with a redcurrant and blueberry sauce and fondant potato

Beef and red wine stew with dumplings

Roast turkey with roast potatoes, bacon wrapped chipolata and cranberry sauce

Sirloin steak with Garni or pepper sauce (£5 surcharge)
