The Wyvill Arms is proud to use only the best local produce to form the basis of our seasonal menu, including:

Alan Hodgson of Hartlepool, who delivers fresh fish on a daily basis; Nigel Hammond of Bainbridge, local meats from Hawes and the surrounding countryside; Campbells of Leyburn for fresh fruit and vegetables; Ian Lancaster, for game and meats of Thirsk.

All herbs used in our cooking as well as asparagus, courgettes and Jerusalem artichokes are grown in our own garden by our gardener John T.Willis of Redmire.
