Alan Hodgson of Hartlepool, who delivers fresh fish on a daily basis; Nigel Hammond of Bainbridge, local meats from Hawes and the surrounding countryside; Campbells of Leyburn for fresh fruit and vegetables; Ian Lancaster, for game and meats of Thirsk.
All herbs used in our cooking as well as asparagus, courgettes and Jerusalem artichokes are grown in our own garden
